Courmayeur

Courmayeur is a famous touristic town in the Aosta Valley and known for the beauty of the landscape and the hospitality of its inhabitants. The old town, in fact, offers an authentic alpine atmosphere, which you can breathe both walking through the shops of the central Via Roma and in the most hidden corners. The town of Courmayeur (1,224 m) stands at the foot of the Mont Blanc, in a green valley surrounded by pine and larch trees, mountains, glaciers and beautiful traditional villages along the course of the Dora Baltea, the river that crosses the whole Aosta Valley.
